Weight loss is one outcome, but the program is really about building a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Many clients lose weight — but they also gain energy, improved sleep, better focus, and a healthier relationship with food. We focus on the whole picture, not just the number on the scale.

Absolutely not. Science has proven starvation doesn’t help with long-term weight loss — and we’ve provided up to 12 meals a day for some clients. You’ll eat well. You’ll just eat smarter.

Yes. We work with clients managing conditions including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and other lifestyle-related conditions. Your plan will be built with full awareness of your health situation. We always recommend consulting your physician before starting any new health program.

The program is 100% online — so yes, completely. We also build travel-specific meal tips and modifications directly into your plan, so your progress doesn’t stop when you’re on the road.

We don’t provide or recommend supplements for weight loss. We can recommend supplements for specific needs like bodybuilding or nutritional deficiencies, but our program is built on food, habits, and mindset — not shortcuts in a bottle.

For individuals, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on how many weeks of the program have been completed. For group programs, our refund policy is agreed upon before the program begins. Reach out and we’ll always have an honest conversation about it.
