How we got here
A story that started with real life
Not a startup pitch. Not a wellness trend. A genuine journey that grew from personal transformation — twice.

Where it all began
We met, fell in love, and eventually got married. We each pursued our own professional paths — Bhavika into nutrition and physical wellness, Mrugank into psychology and mental fitness — with absolutely no intention of ever working together. (Living together was already ambitious enough.)

Bhavika’s personal transformation
Bhavika gained 25 kg during her pregnancies — and lost it successfully, twice. That experience gave her something no textbook could: a deep, lived understanding of how hard it is to change your lifestyle after a major life event. The exhaustion, the guilt, the slow rebuild. She knows it from the inside.

Despite a demanding career change, family responsibilities, and more than a decade of real-life stress, Mrugank still fits into his wedding clothes — without a single alteration. Not through rigid discipline, but through the same habit-based approach he now teaches.

Why we combined forces
We saw a pattern: people who wanted to change their bodies were relying purely on willpower. During the initial motivation burst, they’d do anything. But weeks later, that willpower ran dry — and they’d be back to square one, feeling worse than before. There were plenty of “get slim quick” solutions. None of them built lasting change. So we combined our skills to do exactly that.
