The Background
Pratish has a busy engineering job at a global firm. He also has a very busy day and once he came home there was no energy to do workout. Also due to recent weight gain, he started nearing lifestyle dieses like blood pressure and diabetes. From the diet he explained, the intake was not much on regular days although weekends were too rewarding for him.
The Result
Pratish lost 7% of his body weight and transformed his mind to take care of his body. We helped him design an exercise plan, which he is able to perform without sacrificing his lifestyle. Regularly he was burning around 400 calories in each workout.
